Dear Ellen, Tamim and Karen:

Congratulations on what appears to be a very successful ACT Ride.

Shawn Waldron, Chair of the Ride Steering Committee, reported to the Wisconsin State Journal that more than $300,000 was raised by the Ride and 89 percent of the funds will go to AIDS Network. It is important for all of us who pledged and donated to the Ride to have a more complete financial report on the Ride than this newspaper account.

In accordance with the AIDS Network’s Donor Bill of Rights, I ask that you provide the following full disclosure of the Ride’s financial performance in 2009.

In accordance with the AIDS Network’s Donor Bill of Rights I ask that you provide the following full disclosure of the Ride’s financial performance in 2008 ACT Ride as well.

In the past I have requested a full disclosure of the 2008 ACT Ride financial performance. To date, this has not been received.

I appreciate your commitment to providing a complete financial accounting of the 2008 & 2009 ACT Rides and look forward to your timely response. Recognizing that the final expenses for the 2009 ACT ride will not be immediately available due to outstanding vendor billings I would request that the 2008 information be forwarded immediately and that 2009 information be provided as soon as the accounting is final.

Sincerely,

Greg Milward
